The location is very good, transport is only a minute or two away. It is also possible to walk along the river. A grocery store is also just a few minutes away.
The possibility of cooking, even condiments are available :)

Great, like in a palace. The accommodation owner professional and at the same time very kind. Grocery store, metro nearby. I definitely recommend.
