Muy buena experiencia. El departamento está en una ubicación privilegiada, en un barrio seguro y con todo cerca. Destaca la limpieza y lo bien equipado que está para una estadía cómoda. El edificio tiene muy buenas instalaciones, con piscina panorámica, gimnasio, estacionamiento y seguridad. La comunicación y atención fueron excelentes. Nuestra estadía fue EXCELENTE . El departamento está impecablemente limpio, muy bien cuidado y completamente equipado con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. Las fotos reflejan muy bien el lugar y el espacio es muy agradable. La ubicación es FANTASTICA , en plena Av. Providencia y a pocos pasos del metro Salvador , con muchos restaurantes, cafés, supermercados y servicios alrededor, lo que hace muy fácil moverse por la ciudad. Es un barrio muy seguro y con mucho ambiente. El edificio cuenta además con excelentes instalaciones, especialmente una hermosa PISCINA PANORAMICA con una impresionante vista de toda la ciudad, un gimnasio completamente equipado y la comodidad de contar con estacionamiento, algo muy valorado en este sector. La comunicación con la anfitriona fue siempre rápida, amable y muy profesional. Nos sentimos muy cómodos durante toda la estadía. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí en nuestro próximo viaje a Santiago. Muy recomendable. Our stay was excellent. The apartment is very clean, well maintained and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The photos accurately reflect the place and it feels very cozy. The location is fantastic, right on Av. Providencia and just a few steps from Salvador metro station, with many restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and services nearby, making it very easy to move around the city. The neighborhood is lively and very safe. The building also has great facilities, including a beautiful panoramic rooftop pool with an amazing view over the entire city, a fully equipped gym, and the convenience of private parking, which is very helpful in this area. Communication with the host was always quick, friendly and very professional. We felt very comfortable during our entire stay. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Santiago. Even though she was overseas when we arrived, the host was lovely. She accepted that the photos i sent her were indicative of poor cleanliness and that the wifi was NOT functional. She was willing to discount the accommodation price and allow us to leave after one night (originally booked for 2 nights) with no charge. Her approach was professional and lovely.

The accommodation was really dissappointing: poor security on windows (security screens cut), wifi not working (cable missing), no toilet paper provided (and this is not indicated that you have to provide your own from beginning to end), The only Teatowel provided had tomato seeds from previous tenant still on it, and pots were dirty. Doors to toilet were missing locks and bedroom doors did not close properly. The pool is highlighted as a stand out feature, but be aware it is for the entire complex and had parties and young people in it at all times. overall: The cleanliness was very very poor/ the wifi did not work/ and my wife and i felt unsafe. Photos were taken and given to owner who agreed with all above. see attached photos 1..teatowel left for us with tomato seeds...yuck. clearly not cleaned from previous guest. 2..wifi red indicating not working 3..missing toilet paper. value for money?: well, we got a "cleaning discount" but total cost was not worth it for the poor standard. Not as advertised on booking.com.
