    Loved how this was secluded, peaceful and beautiful for couples to enjoy some time away from their busy lives. We spent our 22 yr anniversary here and it was magical Great location, close to main shops in Berry, great eateries locally, great pool/spa- we thoroughly enjoyed the pool/spa. Loved the small touches they have, a fruit bowl was provided, water bottles to take home and use whilst there. The view from our balcony was stunning. The drive up can be scary but once at the retreat it is all worth it. A few tips that can be handy if you travel here: * Take face washers (only towels provided), i always pack some and glad i did. * If you like instant coffee like us, take some + some cutlery (they didnt have these) we dont really like machine coffee so didnt really enjoy the nespresso and had no cutlery to mix it (esp when adding sugar). But if you love a coffee nespresso then this would be great for you * Pack some enjoyable goodies/snacks as the local IGA is a little pricy and once settled in you dont want to go back down/up the hill (your own cheese/crackers & a good wine is def a must) The grounds are well kept, its private and clean. You can walk around the estate and feed fish, go on their big swing they have and just enjoy the scenery. Make sure you explore when there. Louise & Anthony are great very helpful & friendly. It was raining friday afternoon and Louise came out to our car with an umbrella to ensure we go out dry and left it with us. Amazing service. All the little details & gestures really make for a great time away. We will be back, i think maybe this will be a yearly escape for us.

    The retreat is perfected situated atop Mt Hay. The suite and pool was wonderful, and the panoramic views were breathtaking. The hosts were always accommodating and also shared lots of insight into the place's surroundings and history :-) Highly recommended
