    Some times you talk about a comfortable vibe, when you see a common space for the first time. This is the feeling you get here. The spaces and kitchen are amazing. It creates an inviting and social place. The washing is well done and a dry room for diving gear. The beds are nice and acceptable. The bathroom is clear and large with sinks, mirrors and shelf space.

    I only stayed for 1 night but the facilities were super clean, the staff was very nice and inviting. The customers were all very respectful of the rules!

    正直、このホステルに良いレビューをあげたかったのですが、スタッフの対応がひどすぎて無理でした。特に金髪の男性スタッフ、長髪の男性スタッフ、そして清掃員の一部は非常に無礼でプロ意識に欠けていました。他の女性スタッフや男性スタッフは親切で問題なかったのですが、この「悪いスタッフ」のせいで全体の雰囲気が台無しになっています。 清掃スタッフは特に問題で、朝7時から掃除を始めるのは全く配慮がありません。近くで他の宿泊客がまだ寝ていることが聞こえるにもかかわらずです。組織の不備やゲストへの敬意の欠如も目立ちます。「マインドフルネス」や「思いやり」という言葉はここには存在しません。 スタッフがコミュニティやプロ意識の重要性を理解していれば、ホステルや自身のキャリアにとってプラスになるはずです。しかし現状では、彼らの態度の悪さと未熟さが、せっかくの良い施設全体を台無しにしています。もしこれが私の経営する施設だったら、恥ずかしくてこんな振る舞いは絶対に許しません。
