Spotlessly clean, really good shower, very comfortable bed & nice view from balcony towards the sea. Kosta was really friendly, helpful & hospitable.
Hardly worth mentioning, but no crockery or cutlery in room. Kosta soon sorted us some out when we asked him about it.

Location was good for us, we had just toured Olympia and were heading to Nafplio the next day via Mycenea. The owner/manager was very nice and we figured out our communication mostly in sign language as our Greek even after two weeks still only amounted to about five words. Our balcony overlooked the gardens next door and the mountains and made for a nice place for an evening cocktail and picnic. Room was very clean and A/C worked well. There was a beach bar serving coffee and beer you could walk to (about 1/2 a mile). The bar downstairs is full service (no food though) and definitely has a local flavor. There is a Taverna walkable just a little way down the road to the south but we did not try it out. The town a couple kilometers north seemed very pleasant as we passed through and picked up our picnic supplies.
Beds are beyond firm and bordering on hard, as in like a box spring. Management would do well to throw some memory foam toppers on them.
