Ease of access from the tramway stop and very welcoming reception. The room was comfortable with plenty of space to arrange clothing and other belongings.

Lovely and welcoming host who communicated in advance of arriving so I felt confident in arriving as an overseas guest. I’m also very grateful for them holding my luggage as I had an evening departure. Room was clean and comfortable, well appointed with cooking facilities. I booked a room with shared bathroom (I understand there are rooms you can book that contain their own bathroom). The shared bathroom option was perfectly fine for me, they were clean and just outside my room. There are trams directly outside that go straight to the city. The location is great. A bit more of a neighbourhood vibe rather than city centre. Quite a few little neighbourhood cafes and a wide selection of restaurants with diverse cuisines.

Location, access to public transport, local shops and facilities.

Not something significant but there was no shampoo provided.

Clean room, good location.

We booked the last room without a kitchen and with shared bathroom. It was too expensive for what we got - no room service for 4 days, no towel in the shared toilet, the shared shower drain was blocked so we were showering in a small pool left after the other guests. There are cheaper and better options in the surrounding (rooms with private bathrooms and room service). I would not come again.
