Located 150 meters from the local pub and The General cafe and 200 meters from the waters edge this property is walking distance from all of the beach side attractions. Stunning beach and ocean views from the upstairs balcony and living area.
This modern home comes with free WIFI and free Netflix and Stan through the apple TV system. The stereo system has Bluetooth ability.
For entertainment there is a pool table, a table tennis table, a fuzz ball table, a pinball machine and a Wii game system.
Upstairs accommodation includes 4 large bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes;
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and 2 single bunk beds.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed.
Bedroom 4 has 1 set of single bunk beds and 1 double/single bunk bed.
Bedroom 5 (Downstairs) has 1 set of single bunkbeds. This room can also be used as a rumpus room and has the second TV with Wii game system
There are 2 bathrooms and a large living and kitchen area upstairs.
Downstairs is a bathroom, laundry and bedroom / rumpus room. There is a 6 car lock up Garage with a pool table, a table tennis table, a fuzz ball table and an outdoor hot shower and lower level deck.
There is plenty of grassed area. The house sleeps 12 easily or 14 if you utilize the bunkbeds in the rumpus room.
Please bring your own linen. Quilts, pillows and mattress protectors are supplied.

We enjoyed the house but the windows were very dirty. The down stairs bed was out of action, no DVD library, and netflicks did not work. House very clean, amenities clean, but the couch was small for a group. Overall experience- good.
