Back steps but otherwise ok

Excellently located in the hearted of town and close to the cafes and hotels. Well maintained and clean. We loved the shower.

Neat and tidy. Well maintained. Attention to detail. Made very comfortable. Emphasis on warm and cosy. Slept well. Air conditioner in front room was working well. North apartment. One bedroom apartment. Electric blankets warmed the cold bed well before getting into bed, loved it. Extra blankets in the wardrobe if needed were welcome in the cold night. Wall heater in the bathroom worked well. Plenty of hot water for us. Loved the location for food choices. Gourmet grocer some short distance away on grey street was very welcoming and kind. Food was amazing. Lovely townspeople. Blockout blinds and curtains kept the cold at bay. Margie was great to communicate with, no concerns there. Easy to talk to, open communication, responsive to all of my enquiries. Very helpful and friendly in her approach. Glen Innes is a kind and polite place to stay if you reciprocate the sentiment you will find assistance and support. Margie is a shining example of country hospitality.

Door lock was tricky to open, sticks a little. Required a little jiggly wiggly. Car security was a difficult point. Left my car on the street, it was perfectly safe though. My insecurity.

Very spacious and comfortable, clean, location close to good eating places. Much better than a boring motel room!

Very minor point - we had to switch on the hot water by trial and error, as there was no mention in the guest info booklet
