Sivros Stone Cottages

Een heerlijke plek! Het uitzicht is geweldig vanuit de mooie patio. De hangmat vond onze zoon heel relaxed. De cottage is volledig ingericht. Heel authentiek, maar dat vonden wij juist heel erg fijn. Super schoon en de hosts Vaso en Vasilis zijn ontzettend gastvrij, vriendelijk en vertellen graag over de omgeving. De Stone Cottage is een mooie uitvalsbasis om het eiland te ontdekken. Wij verbleven er drie nachten. Afteli beach is een aanrader, de gezellige dorpjes Vasiliki en Sivota ook. Je rijdt door de prachtige groene bergen. Wij vinden dit deel van Lefkada erg mooi, goede horeca en prachtige uitzichten. Dus ideaal in combinatie met verblijf elders op het eiland. Een auto is een must.

Best accommodation in 3 weeks in Greece! Vasili and Vaso are incomparable hosts; welcoming basket of snacks and fruit and a bottle of wine; views of the sea 8 km away; fully equipped cottage with cooking facilities, coffee, tea and condiments and laundry rack for sunny drying and A/C.

The host was warm and welcoming. Always tried to help our staying and it made the whole trip pleasant. We had a good memory and impression about the cottage.

Nothing was regrettable.

Most people go to Lefkada because of its beaches. But believe me, you will find beautiful beaches elsewhere in the world, but people like Vasil and Vasa are very rare. They will provide you unobtrusive warm contact and perfect service. As we sipped our morning coffee on the amazing terrace, we said to ourselves: Why drive around the island, here is a real paradise! Practical note: you will find everything in your accommodation, even cotton swabs and a first aid kit :-)
