    非常推薦 Lakeshore Hotel 新竹都會館，整體住宿體驗很好，服務人員的態度和服務都非常到位，值得稱讚。 不過停車方面比較不方便，尤其是週末和假日。因為飯店靠近 Big City 遠東巨城購物中心，週六、週日車流量非常大，進出飯店有時真的非常困難，這點需要特別注意。 另外，房間的床鋪似乎有些灰塵，入住後讓我出現過敏反應，希望飯店可以更加注意床鋪及房間的清潔，尤其是床單、床墊等容易累積灰塵的地方。 早餐則是 Lakeshore Hotel 一直以來的強項，真的非常推薦！品項豐富、品質也很好，是我很喜歡 Lakeshore Hotel 的其中一個原因。 整體而言，服務和早餐都很棒，除了停車不便以及房間清潔需要再加強之外，仍然非常推薦入住。

    Menginap disini utk menghadiri acara wisuda anak di nthu. Pesan kamar tipe Family Room. Kamarnya luas, bersih & terang krn menghadap ke jalan. Walaupun hotel ini bintang 4, tapi tidak semua tamunya boleh menggunakan fasilitas gym, sangat disayangkan sekali.. Letaknya sangat strategis, sekelilingnya banyak toko makanan & dekat dengan Mall Big City..

    About 15mins walk from Bei Hsinchu station. Not many in-house facilities. Very near to Big City shopping mall. Stay was hit by typhoon, so didn't get to explore hsinchu. Retail, school, HSR/TRA services were terminated.
