The bright dining-living room area, with exposed beams, brick and polished original hard-wood floors, features a modern, integrated, fully-equipped kitchen with high end materials including marble countertops. An art-piece bathroom includes bathtube and a high pressure shower.
Mezzanine floor features a bedroom with a brand new bed, high thread count linens and comforters. For your convenience this appartment also includes a glass desktop, a walk in closet and an extra large storage room where you can put all your luggage, no matter how big they are.The apartment features a 32' LCD TV in the living room as well as a Hi-Fi Home Audio w/ iPod Dock. The unit offers complimentary high speed wireless broadband internet, a local telephone and a mobile telephone. Of course there is an elevator.
The location can't be beat with a grocery store, ATM machines/banks, pharmacy, fresh fruit store, restaurants, cafes and even fast food places like Burger King and McDonalds are within 2 blocks from the apartment. The subway station is as close as 2 blocks, like most bus stops that take you anywhere in the city. This is truly a one-of-a-kind loft designed for the most discerning tourist.
Even when there's street parking or parking garage in front of the building you really won't need a car because everything is located near the apartment within walking distance.

This apartment was perfect for my one week stay in Buenos Aires. The amenities, layout, design, and location were truly unbeatable. The nearest metro station is around the block and a large supermarket is a mere two streets away. The property was very well-maintained and was clean upon arrival. Claudio went above and beyond in terms of customer service and would immediately respond to any questions we had. Above all, the location is what makes this flat perfect. Its proximity to Avenida Santa Fe is an advantage as this popular street boasts many restaurants and shops. Most of the tourist sites in the Recoleta and Palermo districts are within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again myself.

The apartment was just as described. I was very comfortable there. I went out every night walking the neighborhood. The location could not be better, it is near public transportation and walking distance to many sites, activities and shopping. Claudio is a great guy who did all that he promised to do and more. He made himself available at any time to help with questions about the apartment and things to see and do in Buenos Aires. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
