Close to airport, in residential neighbourhood. Felt safe. It was clean and comfortable. Had a small table to work from. Bed was comfortable. Host were incredible, and went above and beyond to make our stay a good one.
Had a couple of maintenance issues, but hosts corrected immediately.

Conveniently located near the airport.
Appliances in our room were useless. The AC fan was squealing, impossible to sleep while on. The refrigerator compressor made grunting noises, had to be turned off (forcing us to get rid of the perishable items). The toilet is installed too close to the bathroom wall, forcing you to squeeze by to reach the shower. The towel hanger is installed eye level on the same wall, bumping into it and injuring my forehead skin while using the bathroom at night 😡. The place is build with no respect or adherence to common sense building standards, let alone European/Dutch building codes.
