About this apartment rental
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), with a size of approximately 1130 sqf. The residence has a shared pool, is right on the beach and is a few minutes drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).
The rental rate includes absolutely all charges, also electricity and weekly housekeeping. Other optional services (chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be arranged upon request. Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: discounts are possible for long-term rentals and last-minute bookings.

We rented a 2 bedroom condo at Bayrock for three weeks in January-February 2020. All in all the experience was great. While we had some minor issues, the rental manager Enrico was great, as were Henry and Emilio who worked for Bayrock. Every issue was dealt with quickly.
Even more importantly, ALL of the Bayrock personnel were very helpful and friendly.
The location is great and the facilities and view are outstanding!
We will return!
