Ubicación del hotel. A una cuadra de la playa

Varias cosas, los jabones y el shampoo tenían un olor horrible. Posiblemente nunca cambiaban o rellenaban los productos. Así mismo el palo de la cortina estaba dañada.

la ubicacion cerca de la playa y el restaurante todo el dia son puntos destacables. Linda piscina y habitaciones confortables y con decoraciones hermosas.

Al reservar pedi planta baja por tratarse de dos adultos mayores y no habian tomado en cuenta mi solicitud al final me resolvieron pero no hubo habitacion matrimonial.

Nice pool. breakfast was good. good location.

they didn’t have me registered from booking. fortunately I showed them a printout of my itinerary and they gave me the price that booking gave me. they said “oh” we don’t use booking very often.

This is Ecuador and I did not expect more than what was delivered. The staff was helpful and tried their best to meet our requirements. The place was clean which is important.

No hot water, that is my number one peeve. No hot water to shave or shower. I live in Ecuador and there are still places that do not have hot water but a hotel rated as excellent should have hot water. Another important thing is that I needed to run around to get cash because they charged extra if you used a credit card. Some places do this in Ecuador and some don't. An excellent rating should not be this cheesy Charge an extra few percents upfront and treat the clients better.
