Always happy to be out of the room.

The appartment is located in a green and well maintained compound.

The room is so small one can get claustrophobic. I believe the images on the website have been altered so the room looks bigger than it actually is. Also there was a lot of worn furniture that should be replaced. It does not give you a value for money feeling. More like "we invested once and we'll keep receiving money till the end of time". There were dust webs in one corner of the room. Overall not a pleasant room to spend too much of your time in.

Just for 1 night is ok

Very peaceful

The main concern is parking car outside! You have to walk with luggage to go to the flat . And when you leave at 10 am it could be better to have more time e. g 11 or 12 am À bit stress full ! Normally we prefer to have 2 bedrooms . In that case there was only 1 canapé not enough « long » for sleeping for one adult !

Il était prévu un appartement avec un petit salon et le jour même on m'a téléphoné pour me dire que j'étais dans un autre mais il était plus petit, pas de salon mais au même tarif. Pas d'accès en voiture sur le domaine.

Il y a tout mais....

L'emplacement calme, le personne que j'ai eu au téléphone était très sympathique, présence de serviette dans la chambre malgré le fait qu'il était écrit le contraire sur l'annonce, la terrasse.

Pas de chauffage en arrivant, pas d'eau chaude (personne ne nous prévient qu'il faut mettre le chauffe-eau en route en arrivant), on ne l'avait pas vu plus tôt mais l'heure de départ a 10h c'est un peu tôt dommage, manque de plan pour expliquer le chemin pour trouver la chambre, code pour récupérer les clés ne fonctionnait pas, pas de savon ni de nécessaire de salle de bain, des courants d'air important sous la porte d'entrée, couette un peu courte pour 2 personnes. Tout ça fait beaucoup baisser la note car nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit du coup ça fait beaucoup de points négatifs en une fois

La suite très sympa le calme et le personnel très à l' écoute pour trouver une solution merci à eux! Il y avait aussi une petite cotation.

Fijn verblijf met rare parkeer restricties

Heel vlotte online en telefonische bediening. Ruime kamer. Duidelijke instructies rond afval etc.

Aangezien het domein enkel toegankelijk is voor auto's van eigenaars snap ik dat onze auto misschien niet op het terrein kan. Maar als wij de studio van de eigenaar huren is die elgenaar er niet en zou de auto van de huurder toch moeten op het terrein kunnen. Wij zijn in een zeer stille periode vlak na kerst geweest en meer dan 90 % van de parkeerplaatsen waren leeg terwijl de huurders overal in tuintjes van mensen geparkeerd stonden. Het afvalbeheer en lakenservice is op zoch goed maar er staan op de verzamelplaatsen nergens pictogrammen. Wat wij dachten dat het een fietsenberging was, bleek achteraf een verzamelplaats voor lakens en afval...

Juste bon pour une nuit de passage.

Le code pour récupérer la clefs ne fonctionnait pas.Lit jumeaux mis côté à côté avec deux matelas différents. Trou dans la porte de la salle de bain. Chauffage qui fonction trop dans la salle de bain et pour la pièce principale réglable pas au top. Plafond et mur pas des plus propre. Chaises et fauteuils fort vétustes, abîmés. Pas de parking ou très limité dans les rues proches.

Für Kurzaufenthalt OK

Man kann das Zentrum fußläufig erreichen. Auch der Strand ca. 10 min. zu Fuß. Mit der Küstemtram kann man die komplette belg. Küste abfahren. Die Wohnung ansich hat von der Größe und der Ausstattung für uns gelangt.

Leider sind am Strand keine Hunde erlaubt. In der Anlage selbst gibt es keine reservierten Parkplätze. Wir hätten uns eine Anleitung bezügl. der Anlagenschranke gewünscht. Das Bad könnte einen neuen Putz und teilweise neue Fliesen vertragen. Der Spülkasten könnte besser gereinigt werden. Wir hatten den Eindruck, daß vor unserer Anreise der Boden in der Wohnung nur gesaugt und nicht naß gewischt wurde. Wir hatten nach kurzer Zeit schwarze Fußsohlen☹️

Geen uitleg over hoe magnetron werkt. Deed niets Best prijzig voor een nachtje en dan voor 10.00uur er weer uit. Ik miste een balkon.

Seum, mais bon pour 1 nuit

Le lit ! Et les fourmis sur la cuisine étaient très jolies :o Plus sérieusement la mer est pas loin, les magasins a environ 8km, il y’a également des chantiers de randonnée à moins de 2km, et c’est très calme !

Fissure sur le mur de la salle de bain, fourmis sur la cuisine ( temps chaud mais bon…), tv incompréhensible en néerlandais avec aucune chaîne qui fonctionne, Clim qui ne marche pas, bruit de toilette incessant et la chaudière également, tout les outils de nettoyage poser a côté de l’évier dans la salle de bain, aucun produit pour se laver ni aucune attention au clients ( bouteille par temps très chaud, 30 degrés ) pour 150€ au moins de la cristalline à 0,20 centimes ça peut être sympathique, les gens à la piscine qui sont bien évidemment néerlandais sont extrêmement désagréables et regarde mal les wallons je déconseille donc la piscine à mes amis wallons ou étrangers tout court.

“Excellent séjour dans ce charmant petit studio ! Tout est parfaitement conforme à la description : l’arrivée autonome est très pratique, le studio est propre, moderne, bien entretenu et parfaitement équipé avec une mini-cuisine fonctionnelle. Le petit balcon est agréable pour les repas ou simplement se détendre. La piscine est un vrai plus, toujours calme et bien entretenue. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la mer et de toutes les commodités. Un vrai petit havre de paix, je recommande vivement !”

Rustig verblijf in een mooie omgeving

Een aangenaam en comfortabel verblijf in De Haan. Zeer goed gelegen en toch rustig net buiten het centrum. We konden te voet naar het centrum en het strand. Leuk om op het rustige domein ook een zwembad te hebben.

La tranquillité en semaine (un peu plus bruyant le début de week-end). Un studio bien équipé avec cuisine (four, lave-vaisselle, vaisselle, ) et sdb. La propreté😊👍

L'accoustique avec le couloir, j'ai cru que les gens qui y passaient étaient directement dans le studio. 😂 Un peu difficile de trouver le logement dans le clos le 1er jour, un plan pourrait être utile pour les prochains nouveaux arrivants. 😎 La TV ne fonctionnait pas le premier jour. 🙈Un technicien est venu le 2e jour pour établir la connexion. Oef. Le logement est un peu loin de la plage, une voiture est nécessaire.🚗

Schöne Umgebung, aber absolut überteuerte Unterkunft

-Hundefreundlich -Guter und sehr freundlicher Kundenservice -Bequemes Bett -Umgebung

-Fahrstuhl war kaputt und da man nicht vor der Unterkunft parken kann (auch nicht zum Aus- oder Beladen), war es sehr anstrengend durch das steile und enge Treppenhaus mit Hund und dem ganzen Gepäck zu gelangen. -Sehr hellhörig, jede Tür war hörbar, Schlösser haben teilweise extrem laut geschlossen -Zum Strand läuft man mindestens 20 Minuten -Code von Schlüsselbox funktionierte nicht -Alles kostet extra: Handtücher, Hund (16€ pro Tag), Late Check Out (eine Stunde länger 30€) -Sehr spartanische Einrichtung: Keine Seife im Badezimmer, Mülleimer IM Badezimmer, in der Küche nicht mal Pfeffer oder Salz -Balkontür sehr schwer zu öffnen

Mooie locatie, mooie studio

Wanneer het geen hoog seizoen is, zou ik toch overwegen om auto's op het terrein toe te laten. Er stonden welgeteld 3 auto's op een capaciteit van 50 parkings of meer... Nu moest je buiten het terrein parkeren, zonder dat je enige controle hebt op de wagen. De verwarming viel ook heel hard tegen. Het was koud weer, maar de 1ste dag kreeg ik het niet voldoende warm in de studio (15-16°). De 2de en laatste dag was het nog niet helemaal zoals het moest (18°).

De devoir transporter mes bagages de la rue à la location. Il devrait être possible de charger et décharge les bagages près de l'entrée de l'appartement.
