地點鄰近鬧區，吃東西十分方便，要踩點台東市區景點也算便利。距離台東森林公園也不遠，作為參與鐵人三項活動的住宿也十分適合。遇到問題向管家反應，也很快地協助處理。雙人房也非常寬敞。
屋內主要燈源採間接照明，但因為房間的牆壁是紅漆，如果電燈全開的情況下，視覺上不是很舒服。

The room was very nice and luxurious for a b&b, staff was helpful although late for check-in, we had a neighbour to call him, but not a big problem. The b&b had good facilities and the room has a good atmosphere plus it was clean.
Unfortunately due to construction there was a constant and ongoing noise from trucks and people
working. This lasted untill 3 o'clock in the morning. I am well aware that they cannot due much about it, but it was horrible nevertheless, we slept horribly. On top of that we had no running water in the morning, so no showering/brushing teeth/going to the toilet. We weren't warned before that this was planned.
