Nel Cuore di Ferrara

We had a really lovely stay at the apartment. Silvia and Gianni were very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Everything was simple and straightforward, from picking up the keys to all the instructions. The apartment is cosy, beautifully decorated, and very clean. Everything is new and well equipped, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to the historic centre, but in a quiet and peaceful area. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it. We would gladly come back on our next visit to Ferrara.

The location, the space and overall facilities were great. The host is very helpful, welcoming and friendly.

We encountered some issues with the hot water tank. It is a traditional setup, so when one finishes the shower, the other person has no hot water left, had to wait until the next morning to shower. The tank needs a lot of time to reheat the water if you accidentally turn off the switch. So, it was quite inconvenient for visitors who are not very used to this shower system.
