Best stay in Schwarzwald

The room and bathroom was so clean and cozy, balcony has a perfect mountain view and landlord is a nice and hospitable family. See balcony view in pics I uploaded.

Great location, good value for money.

Great location for motorcycle touring of the Black Forest area. There is covered parking, well off the main road. The room was large. The breakfast was perfect for my needs.

Nice mountain view, big room with balcony, comfortable beds. Good breakfast which was served on the table.

1. We stay a room face to the road, it was quite noisy. 2. It is clean, but you can see insects here and there in the room. 3. Internet was bad there, but also the hotel wifi.

located in a small, quiet but good very near some very good restaurants and wonderful hiking trails. My room had its own balcony it was spacious, with its own bathroom. An ample breakfast, friendly hosts, very clean and comfortable. The village was very small in comparison to others nearby, but for those wanting a more urban scene, it’s a quick, easy drive to get to Freudenstadt.

Motorcyclists going by on the nearby mountain road could be noisy, but in spite of it being a holiday weekend they were not that many of them.

Pleasant

The apartment is spacious and clean. We had a nice terrace but it was facing the parking spot in stead of the nice scenery. We were able to park upon the hill so we didnt need to carry our luggage to the 2nd floor.

It's really middle of nowhere. Because we've booked the apartment you have to provide your own food. There was a Bakery few minutes walk away. Have to getup early. Otherwise the good stuff is sold out. There was this one bar restaurant altgetranke quite far away.

Would advise anybody to get a room with a balcony as the view is spectacular! Room was lovely and hosts were pleasant. Overall it would be difficult to fault our stay here in such a beautiful location

In the heart of the beautiful Blackforest

The room was basic but clean with a small TV and good internet. View from the balcony was exactly what one pictures the Blackforest to be. So sad that more people can still not enjoy it because of Corona. The host is very nice and the breakfast was ample.

I didnt like my apartament at all. I booked someting else,but i got claustrofobic apartament. From bed immediatelly i go to the streat. I couldnt sleep from bugs in apartament. There should be puten nets on windows to stop bugs coming in.

Ruhiger Ort zum Ausspannen und Wandern

Wir hatten ein schönes Apartment mit kleiner Küchenzeile, Terrasse und mehreren Betten im Obergeschoss. Für uns war es perfekt, wir hatten mehrere traumhafte Tageswanderungen die in unmittelbarer Nähe starteten. Allerdings gibt es wenig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants. Freudenstadt ist 16km, da bekommt man alles.

Schöner Kurzaufenthalt in Zimmer mit toller Aussicht

Das Zimmer war wunderbar, besonders die Aussicht vom Balkon....super Preis-Leistungverhältnis. Das Gastgeberehepaar ist immer ansprechbar, herzlich und erfrischend unkompliziert. Da außerhalb der eigentlichen Ortschaft gelegen, ist ein Auto sinnvoll. Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Beim Frühstück hat mir persönlich etwas frisches, sprich z.B. Obst gefehlt, aber bei dem Preis kann man Abstriche machen bzw. sich selbst etwas mitbringen.

Für mein Empfinden / Vorhaben passte alles SUPER! DANKE vielmals!

Ich habe von der Unterkunft aus über 5 Tage zahlreiche vorgeplante E-Bike Radtouren unternommen (ca. 300 km / ca. 4800 m Anstieg). Sehenswert waren u.a. de Burgbachwasserfall, der Glaswaldsee, die Talsperre Kleine Kinzig, Renchtalhütte, Oppenau, Mitteltal mit dem Restaurant "Tannen-Marie" (sehr, sehr gut!!!), Alpirsbach, Schiltach, Wolfach und das Wolftal, Aussichtsplattform Ellbachseeblick, Bad Peterstal, Murg Usprung, Schlifkopf, Kniebishütte usw.

Alles bestens - Es hätte nur einige Grad mehr haben dürfen, da sehr, sehr kalter Ostwind (dort nennt man es den "Schwabenwind") herrschte.
