Perfect location to where we had to be (30th birthday) very clean, comfy beds, had everything we needed for our overnight stay, we will be staying here again .

Location was excellent, across the road from the river. The accommodation was spacious and reasonably well equipped and the room nicely decorated. Stove top in kitchen was appreciated. Parking was undercover.

Whilst it was stated that access was via stairs, it did not reveal this was a spiral staircase. This proved somewhat difficult for a pair of 80 year olds carrying suitcases. Fortunately the weather was mild as I was unable to turn the airconditioning on. No instructions were provided and I found out on departure that the room key tab had to be inserted into a box under the unit! The bed was quite soft, resulting in a sore back each morning. One bedside reading lamp was not working as the lead was too short to enable it to be plugged into the single power point. The smoke alarm was hanging loose and open from the ceiling. On closer inspection at departure time, I found the device was labelled "Replace by May 2022"! As the room had a kitchen equipped with stove top and microwave, this is unacceptable. For almost $200 per night, this room did not represent good value.
