It was a beautiful place and perfect for a weekend get away surrounded by nature with a fully equipped kitchen, spa bath and fireplace.
There was no reception and we weren’t able to connect to the wifi at the accommodation which we didn’t realise until we got there. It gave us an opportunity to switch off, but we had intended to get some work done.

Location was beautiful. Set in the forest with lovely walks nearby. It was very private and peaceful. The extra touches like bath salts and other toiletries were thoughtful. There were also little chocolates and popcorn for us. We enjoyed the cosy fireplace as well.
Bedside lamps would have been nice.

Loved it all

It was situated well , views from every window were trees. Plenty of room, a spa in bedroom looked fabulous but for older folk difficult to get in and out of. Well appointed and lovely little goodies to enjoy.
A big stain on rug and carpet and one chair was off putting. Needed cleaning and area around fire place needing more cleaning. Cigarette but in ashtray not nice. A light mattress cover over electric blanket would’ve made it more comfortable as the wires in same were hard to lie on. Also a quick sweep around the outside of cottage would have been appropriate.
