What a nice location! This house was well set up for our family of 9-10. The Number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked out well.

50 folks gathered at Iceberg for my mothers 90th birthday. The location of this property was excellent as a place to chill and also prepare food for the party. There was plenty of space for myself and 10 other family members, three of those were under three. The huge deck was great with the little ones. There were some septic issues, be aware of the signs. And the water smells like iron, we brought water to drink. This is a rental- the kitchen and supplies could be organized better. As the dishes are a bit disorganized. Also the huge sculpture in kitchen scared my grandkids- we had to cover with sheet😬

Perfect! This was the best option for our family, with lots of bedrooms and plenty of space to play. Blackberries were ripe and that was a bonus too!
