Posizione buona fronte mare.
Arredi recentissimi e curati.
Colazione discreta.
La stanza ha dimensioni veramente minimal , ci si sta ma non avanza un centimetro.
Colazione all'hotel stessa proprietà a 500 metri.
Le recensioni su Booking a me paiono mescolate tra hotel e residence.

Super Lage. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten vorm Haus. Schöner Blick aufs Meer. Gutes Frühstück, für jeden was dabei. Vor allem konnte man draußen sitzen beim Frühstücken. Normale Kühlschrankgröße. Der Balkon ums Eck war genial.
Bad ist nur für schlanke Leute, aber dickere hätten Probleme. Kann aber sein, dass nur bei uns das Bad so eng war.

Location is perfect! Ierapetra is a cute little town and the apartment is just 2 mins walk down the road from the pebbly beach (bring beach shoes!)- perfect for swimming and close to shops and restaurants.
The third floor pent house (2-bedroom apartment) was quite nice for 3-4 people, spacious, big rooms, huge balcony with sitting area, wonderful view on the beach.
Breakfast was very simple and repetitive every day.
The third floor apartment had a bad stench from the bathroom throughout our stay.
First floor one bedroom apartment with sea view was quite small for 2 people. And even with closed windows the street noise and noise from the school opposite can be irritating.
Bathroom fixtures were dated and the whole apartment could do with an update.
They did not say that you need to clean your own apartment. Throughout our 7 days the rooms were not swept once! Towels and bedsheets were exchanged once only.
