Pillows could be better

Great value hotel in a perfect location for 5th avenue and walking distance to the beach. Staff are super friendly and helpful, the pool area is excellent and really peaceful, and the food is excellent (breakfast is a highlight and the cerviche here was one of my best meals in Mexico!). Room was comfortable and spacious with a good shower.

The gym is quite tired and lacked adequate air conditioning which made it quite uncomfortable to work out in. There was air conditioning but it had a locked seal over the controls and was set at 28 degrees which is far too high. Sorting this out and making a few upgrades could make a big difference. My city view room had a nice terrace, but it looked over a busy road so the trade-up probably isn't worth it given the extra noise and lack of view.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely visit again. The room was super comfy and spacious, the staff were lovely and really helpful. Loved the breakfast. Everything was spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed the food and drinks from the pool side bar as well - very relaxing and just what we needed!

The image of the room we booked showed a bigger bathroom with two sinks (junior suite). The room we received had only one sink. Reception didn’t seem to care which was disappointing.

Clean, modern, good location close to beach and 5th avenue. Pool area was nice and good and drinks were good quality and reasonably priced.
