The louge was a bit shabby

Apartment was an OK size for our 1 night stay. The bed was quite comfortable. It had a lovely bathroom. There was a spare sheet to put on the sofa as we were travelling with a pet. Great location, close to everything.

The communications from 12th Tee informed us we would need to download an app to remotely open the apartment door and another app for a quick check in. We had to supply a lot of id documents and bank information. I thought it was compulsory but found out later it wasn't. It was a very time consuming difficult exercise.The door key app was not necessary as we were given a key. The apartment had a comfortable bed with a bedspread but no spare blankets or quilt. As it was a cold night we had no option but to put on the heat. We would have preferred not to do this. On the day of check in we were directed to go to the reception at Kacys. We were not made aware that it was part of the resort until we actually got there. If we had been made aware of it beforehand things would have been a lot easier. All communications were by messages so we didn't have a full picture of the apartment. It is advertised as a privately owned apartment. The outside area for our pet has not fencing and open to the road. There was a small dog run at the side of the apartment but it was not directly accessible from inside, was a bit over a metre wide and not user friendly.

Continental breakfast fine. Decor tasteful.

Air conditioning was cold at night and we required blankets after we had been sleeping. One bed room didn’t have a blanket and one room had five. As it was in the middle of the night we didn’t check with each till morning. Also as the accommodation is listed as a “villa” we were very surprised to have two storeys and very steep steps. Two storey units are generally called townhouses. Two of the three occupants had difficulty using steps.
