The Rural Houses Río Tranquilo are rural accommodations with a capacity of 8 to 10 people each.
We wanted to provide them with independent terraces in the bedrooms, in order to give an intimate touch to our customers,
For your safety and our peace of mind, we have installed carbon monoxide detectors and smoke detectors.
For your comfort, and to make you feel at home, we have put at no charge: WIFI, MOVISTARL PLUS CHANNEL PLUS LEAGUE AND CHANNEL PLUS CHAMPIONS.
Cottage of 130 m². inaugurated in March 2007 (CLASSIFIED BY TOURISM OF THE BOARD OF COMMUNITIES OF CASTILLA LA MANCHA WITH 2 SPIGLES, ON A MAXIMUM OF 3) Built with natural materials (stone, wood, etc.), with capacity for 8 people, located in the sickle from the Júcar River Júcar, in the beautiful hamlet of Tolosa, just 5 km from Alcalá del Júcar.
Fully equipped houses: The House I: Full kitchen (fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, household goods ...), heating and air conditioning (heat pump), fireplace with wood included, living room of 35 m², 4 double bedrooms (one of marriage and 2 attic rooms).
It has barbecue and wood-burning oven and fireplace.
On a plot of 400 meters, it has gardens, covered porch of 40 m², equipped with a microclimate system, using a large nebulizer fan, and for winter with a large halogen heater, all 30 meters away, on a lake with abundant fishing and crabs.
The house II.- of 3 SPIGOS, totally equipped and with a careful decoration, house of 200 m2, adapted for people with reduced mobility, with visual and acoustic alerts, with reserved parking for all our clients and one of them destined to vehicles of people with reduced mobility. An authentic luxury in a rustic environment. With typical construction of the area.

Una gran estancia en una casa totalmente equipada, acondicionada y excelente ubicación. Unas vistas espectaculares. Un lugar muy tranquilo donde poder pasar unos días fabulosos en familia y poder desconectar. Un 10!!!

Hemos pasado unos días de navidad en esta maravillosa casa, una atención exquisita, unos paisajes de ensueño. Todo impresionante, la casa completísima, muy amplia y con unos paisajes espectaculares.
Fueron unos días fríos, pero la casa está muy bien aislada y cuanta con un modernismo sistema domotizado de calefacción y una enorme chimenea con horno, y lo importante con 3 sofás junto a la chimenea, suficientes para todos.
Mención aparte el horno moruno de leña y nuestro cochinillo. QUE GOZADA.
Os aseguro que es con diferencia la casa más bonita de las muchas que hemos estado.

Hola buenas noches, queríamos dejar un comentario acerca de la nueva casa rural Río Tranquilo en la que hemos pasado este fin de semana, para que las personas que se planteen acudir tengan nuestra información y opinión y les ayudé a tomar la decisión. Nos hemos reunido allí dos familias con 6 niños en total, de 6 años los mayores y 23 meses la pequeña. Uno de los adultos va en silla de ruedas, así que ese es el motivo por el cual localizamos esta casa rural. Tuvimos muchisima suerte pues es la segunda ocupación, está recien inaugurada y todo a estrenar.
La casa esta totalmente adaptada para personas con discapacidad física, es decir, carece de barreras arquitectónicas, baño adaptado, puertas tamaño especial, alertas luminosas y acústicas, etc.. Cuenta con una amplia cocina también adaptada, percheros adaptados, toda la grifería, una mesa para enorme , que permite reunirse un gran número de personas ante la mesa. Se puede disfrutar mucho del momento gastronómico y de la sobremesa. Ya que la mesa tiene capacidad para más de 10 comensales y unido tiene un salón donde poder acomodarse en los sofás, ante el calor de la lumbre.
Los baños son muy espaciosos y completos, da gusto utilizarlos tanto por las personas con discapacidad como por las personas sin ella. La decoración esta cuidada al más mínimo detalle así como la limpieza. Es una casa verdaderamente acogedora, con todas las comodidades que puedas requerir: horno, microondas, lavavajillas, lavadora, frigo, congelador, etc.
Aparcamiento para varios coches, uno reservado para discapacitados.
El entorno es fabuloso, precioso paisaje, cargado de encanto y tranquilidad. Un valle con un lago que enamora por su naturaleza y buena ubicación, ya que a escasos 4 km se encuentra la localidad de Alcalá del Júcar, sin duda uno de los pueblos mas bonitos de España.

Nuestra experiencia no ha podido ser mejor, y lo que más hemos repetido es la palabra acogedora, no me extenderé mucho más, pues repetiría lo que se ha dicho en casi todas las opiniones, que es bonita, bien decorada tiene de todo, limpia, las vistas impresionantes, con muy buena documentación, los dueños agradables, etc. etc. y para finalizar deciros que le han puesto una muy bonita iluminación navideña.

SIN DUDA LA RECOMENDAMOS.
