The well-equipped kitchen is designed to cater to all your culinary needs, and there's an added delight of a fantastic espresso machine with inbuilt grinder with beans provided too! Savor the aroma of freshly brewed coffee each morning as you kickstart your day with a perfect cup. Inside you'll find dining for 6 at the table with an additional four seats at the breakfast bar. - Fencing: The property is fully fenced with 1.8m high colorbond fencing / wooden gates.
- Air conditioning: The property has split system air conditioners in all rooms
- We supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.

Short walk to the beach which was ideal, 30 min drive to Huskisson, close to shops.
