Muy nuevo y cómodo. Fenomenales vistas y zona exterior para disfrutar del aire libre. Incluye básicos que vienen muy bien (agua, algo de desayuno, etc.).
Un poco justo de tamaño para 4 personas. Ideal para 2. El acceso estaba algo peor por obras en la zona.

El apartamento tiene mucho encanto, es cómodo y confortable, además, está impecable y se nota el mantenimiento diario y riguroso. Es la segunda vez que vamos y da gusto ver que mantienen el listón igual de alto. Los propietarios son encantadores.

La ubicación está muy bien, buenas vistas entorno tranquilo. Fueron amables al dejarnos hacer el check in 2 horas antes
Fuerte olor a humedad - moho en el apartamento de la planta baja, al llegar pensamos que con abrir las ventanas y dejarlo airear cambiaría la cosa, pero al volver a la noche seguía el mismo olor, bastante desagradable. No sé si venía del suelo o de la pared pero no es agradable estar en esas condiciones, y no vale con que es el norte como argumentan los dueños, tienen un problema y deberían arreglarlo o advertirlo. El ruido, se escucha también bastante la planta superior el crujir del piso sobretodo.
