Plenty of parking space for boats, ATV's and Motor Homes. Ideal location for anyone visiting the southern Utah area with it's many National Parks and state run reservoirs. This beautifully designed and decorated home is in a great location for visiting the surrounding canyons, lakes and world-class golfing that the area has to offer. House was generally clean except for a lot of dust on the fan blades in the front bedroom. There are not enough bedside lamps (we do still read), the lock to the upstairs door to the balcony would not open, the mattresses are too soft, things to be corrected for future rentals.

The house was very clean. The parking was very spacious for us to park our vehicles ad trailers off the street. The host was really easy to communicate with. I would recommend staying here for future visits.
