About this villa rental
Recently updated first floor villa with tile floors through main living space. There are three flat screen TVs, one in each bedroom and one in living area with DVD players. Complex has 2 pools and a hot tub. There are multiple clay tennis courts, as well as play areas for the kids. The club house has a ping pong table, corn hole game, and racquet ball courts. Master bedroom has a king size bed and an on suite. The second bedroom has two twin size beds. The sofa pulls out into a full size bed. The patio area has three chairs and over looks one of the play areas and a picnic area.
Amenities at 1st Floor, Updated, 5 min walk to the beach!

The house was as shown in the app. There were a lot of things that people left or the owner provided that were very helpful. For example, a cold bag to take with us to the beach. The ocean is about a 5-10 minute walk depending on how fast you walk. Overall it was a very good experience and we would come back.

The owner of the rental was very nice and helpful. The space was accommodating. However, my husband and I thought cleanliness could be better. Black mold near ac vent, pillows and blankets in kids room was dirty and stained. Dishes were stained. Couch had marks, carpet in master had rips. Close walk to beach.
