Everything from the time I arrived to the time I left was exceptional. The staff, the room, the proximity to the beach were all top notch.

Ideal location to restaurants, beach, movies, hang out. Studio is perfect size for short stay. Room was clean. Located near elevator so noise level a bit up of people going in and out. Could hear the noise of other guest who were on the higher volume with their voices. Shower had one problem which was told to the front desk at checkout for fixing. The shower water would not go down. Not pleasant and had to stand on the side step. Other than that, the bathroom was fine. Don't expect big. It's a studio. Room was clean. The sheets and towels could have a new look. They weren't crisp, but had a limp feel, like already used over a 1000 times. They were clean, just not nice and firm and thick. The curtain to the patio/balcony has a long tear/rip in it. The curtains are not blackout so you can see the street lights coming in which was a little bothersome for sleeping. Kitchenette has what you need for short stay. Fridge is good size. Again, this was a studio with Queen/King bed. Two of the lamp lights weren't working. The AC worked well! The covers of the little jars were rusted. They are in bathroom and kept the cotton balls and Q-tips I'll stay again on a very short stay but not near the elevator and would like a higher floor than 3rd floor. A boutique hotel.

Great staff. Latoya check us in and explained everything. Shanay check us out and showed us other rooms for other family members for our next visit. Everything worked well. Very clean we will continue to support this family owned business.
