The Barman at the pool bar is Execellent
Staff on there phones all the time
Staff eating whilst on duty at bar and in lobby
Cappuccinos in restaurant cold
No coke light in bar for full stay despite requests to bar and reception but mini bars have coke light

I like the rooms and the facilities
The service is not professional.. most of the staff don't speak English.
No food or room services after 10 pm!!!
