Whole place needs an update

Private pool was good, spacious, staff were very friendly and helpful 24 hours a day, they cleaned the rooms every day

Isolated, very hard mattress on beds, staff provided topper which helped a bit, no tv to lounge, only a projector screen on garden wall and that didn’t work, tv in bedroom didn’t work either, kitchen amenities non existent, apart from plates, cups,cutlery, not even a tea towel! Thin bath towels, spa bath on a trickle and no hot water to it, couldn’t use it!

Very loud guests in a villa next to us with music blaring until 2:30am, I would have liked staff to ask them to finish up by midnight at least. Also would have liked water bottles restocked daily but staff were responsive when requested.

cleanliness was very low. kitchen was dirty, pots and pans were dirty. insects like worms and cockroaches were in the room. food for the price was very less and not that great. not much food options

Nice size, good amenities. Lovely staff. Close to shops and restaurants. Moped/grab ride to Bali collective and Nusa dua beach. Good late check out time.

Would have liked to be able to access Netflix on Projector. Beds were quite hard. Breakfast was not great, opted to eat out most mornings. Multiple sockets not working in the main living area/bedroom

Needs TLC

The best thing about this villa was the swimming pool.

One of the rooms smelt really bad, damp all over. The bathroom smelt bad, too. Breakfast wasn't great. Fruit also had a flavour of mould/damp. Staff helpful but also struggling to speak english. We managed to change the villa after the first night, and the smell was much better. I wouldn't pay this amount of money next time for this villa, as the best was the swimming pool.

Horrific at its highest - never again

They have serious issues with water pressure from current and past reviews. We checked out early with no hot water or pressure and they blamed the guests. Cost me over $2000 for 1 night stay and refused to refund. Cockroaches in the kitchen and on the cutlery. Beds & pillows were like rocks. Breakfast was stone cold. Location felt like a ghetto. Projector played dvd’s only and primarily Russian. Host was present sleazy with females shirt off and spiking about the villa’s. Absolutely ruined my family vacation. Staff were pleasant and tried their best. Poor communication following check out. I wish I’d never booked this Villa… and will never be back again. If your Villa is not ready to accomodate guests stop charging $460 per night and fix the maintenance issues that plague this property.

Don’t do it!

The pool was nice and well maintained

No water from taps inside villa’s for first 2 days, then no warm water. Description of what was in villa was not correct, if the item was there it was not working. Big screen outside was only able to view YouTube. Spa baths were unable to be used due to no water, when we got water then no water pressure so would have taken two days to fill On checkout accused of not paying a laundry bill, I did pay it! Tried to say I did 2 laundry services that we did not! This was the worst place I have ever stayed!

It was great and served our purpose but we went for a resort afterwards

The accomodation was excellent special and great A/C in the bedrooms. Great location to see more of the locals in nusa dua compares to the resort side. Pool was great.

Bed was too hard, sofa wasn’t very comfortable and to be honest the breakfast were not very edible

While this villa has so much potential, it is not properly maintained. Refrigerator not working, air-conditioner not cold, stove no gas... When queried about it, staff was defensive instead of apologetic, making excuses instead of trying their best to help. Considering the price paid, still decent value.

Do not book this Villa, the location is not correct and we did not feel safe.

Absolutely nothing, the advertisement for the Villa states it is in Nusa Dua and 100 metres from the beach. It is not, is located in Benoa down a very dark alley filled with dogs that bark all night and all morning. The beach that is 100 metres away is not fit for humans to swim in, it's actually an industrial waste area.

The staff barely speak any English and did not know what a toaster was when we requested one as they forgot to bring our breakfast. They brought over 2 x frying pans, no toaster. The showers are cold, the pool is cold and a fair amount of mosquito's at night. There is also a giant phone tower right out the front of the Villa closer than the recommended safe distance. You will require a taxi to get anywhere and approx 25 mins from Nusa Dua and actual beaches you can swim in. We did not feel safe here at all with our young children due to the horrible location and when requesting help from booking.com they refused. There was no help to leave or financial compensation/refund for leaving early.

Exceptional

Magnificent D&G Villa We were relaxing in a villa with my wife and daughter. I liked everything: cleanliness, flowering gardens, a lot of flowers where hummingbirds fly, delicious food on the menu, good breakfasts, friendly staff, special thanks to the manager Nova, he helped solve any issue, starting from the fence in the pool with acceptable extra cost so that she would not fall there, photo I enclose, ending with a personal driver who drove us to various beautiful beaches for 8 hours a day for only $ 40. On the main street, 7 minutes walk from the villa, there are many restaurants, a pharmacy, various shops, at the intersection with the main street there is a liquor store 24/7. Great holiday, I recommend it to everyone, see you again D&G

Cozy facilities with garden pool. We were enjoying our stay with excellent room service and delicious seafood barbeque for our request. There was a really nice spa room in our villa where the massage lady brought us to life. The night movie in the garden was also a great experience.

I loved the privacy of the place. It was very peaceful and calm. I liked how much space there was too. And the pool was very nice.

Paradise … Yes it was as we are leaving these fabulous accommodations, its gardens and birds, its delicious meals and the serenity of the pool and daybeds… Thank you to all the team for their kindness, their smile and availability. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your villa. Thank you! The location was great and as a result of having a driver we were able to see a lot more than we would have if we had stayed at a resort… and we certainly did enjoy the privacy…very relaxing. We would be more than happy to recommend the villa to our friends and family and look forward to having opportunity to visit again!

IT was ok, not excellent but also not the worst

Location was ok, but off the main road a bit, Breakfast was good, staff was excellent. the villa layout was great (but improvements required)

Villa needs a renovation, missing tiles in the pools the bed head had some goo on it requested to be cleaned, staff told me it doesn't come off, cleaned it my self. Water treatment in pool was terrible P.H level was way too high seam the pool was only treated as we arrived and had not been maintained, better maintenance would make this place excellent. TV's didn't work and could use a tv in the main living area as a projector was great for night time viewing during the day we had to go to our room luckily we brought a hdmi cable and a laptop. Kitchen seam not to really be operational other than for breakfast, requested in room service few times but food was unavailable
