Location, staff very friendly throughout hotel and restaurant.
Lack of air conditioning but we were provided a fan which worked well. There are no lifts so you have to be mindful of stairs to get to reception and then to the rooms. It didn't inconvenience us too much but we are reasonably fit and healthy.

Near the city center, with shops nearby.
Breakfast was not tasty. The scrambled eggs were inedible, and the boiled eggs were already peeled (which is unhygienic) and served cold. The bread was stale or completely dried out.
