Highlight of my camino. 300 year old farmhouse against a dramatic mountain backdrop. Fig, apple, pear trees on the walk up to the stay. I will remember this forever. I loved the donkeys too.

The host was incredibly nice, and even offered to drive guests to a restaurant for dinner if they wanted! Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. Chestnut honey a new favorite! It was so quiet and the fresh air helped me to oversleep, which was badly needed!
I didn’t consider how tired I’d be after the long walk and then it was an uphill hike to the property. Because it is a bit rural, Uber Eats did not deliver, but maybe it was just the day. Get food in town before heading there for the night. However, the views were lovely and I saw sheep, horses and an adorable goat!
