I recommend the apartment for people want to rest and absorb the beauty of Croatian sea and beaches.

Big terrace and a lovely view, 2 bathrooms, smart TV. The fact that the apartment is pet friendly. Lovely hosts.

Great location, spacious apartment

Nice spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Big living room with dining table and separate kitchen. Beach is only few minutes walk with lots of restaurants around. There is also a train going every few minutes to the centre of town Poreč. Kids playground is near by. Property has washing machine as well.

- no hair dryer - only one sets of towels per person provided. Not ideally if you are traveling with a plane like we did, where you are limited of terms if how much you can bring - middle room’s bred is very loud, if you have baby use another room to sleep in

Great location in 3-5 min walking distance to all facilities:beaches, restaurants,, supermarket etc. Very clean, quiet place, no traffic and noise, free parking places. Friendly and helpful owners.

Washing machine was out of order within few days due to technical reason. Not a big problem, just some inconvenience.

Lep apartma s prekrasnim vrtom in prijaznimi gostitelji

Apartma in vrt nama je bil z možem zelo všeč. Super je bilo posedati na terasi s pogledom na urejen vrt. Tudi ko so prišli k nama na obisk nečaki so bili navdušeni. Apartma je lep, čist, z novejšo opremo. Tudi oprema v kuhinji je dobra (kvalitetni lonci). Sicer pečice ni, vendar je niti nisva potrebovala, je pa v kuhinji tudi mikrovalovna. V kuhinji in kopalnici so bila tudi čistila in krpe ter brisače. Gostitelji so bili prijazni in na voljo, če bi kaj potrebovala, vendar nama ni ničesar manjkalo. Tudi do plaže ni daleč, sva hodila peš. Z veseljem se bova še kdaj vrnila.

Было бы здорово, если бы в квартире была посудомоечная машишка

Хорошая уютная квартира, есть много мест для бесплатной парковки. В квартире хорошая изоляция и не слышно соседей. Очень красивая улица и до песчаного детского пляжа примерно 500м. Рекомендую всем не ездить в Lidl, Kaufland, Metro и EuroSpin, там тотальная катастрофа и давка от тысяч людей и дорогие цены. Рядом с квартирой, примерно 600 метров, находится супермаркет Plodine и бензоколонка, можно купить продукты и сразу заправиться. Спасибо владельцам Jasmina за доброжелательность и возможность хорошего отдыха!

Иногда пропадал интернет, в настройках роутера нужно изменить количество подключаемых абонентов на большее количество человек. Если соседи подключались первыми к WiFi, то мы это делать уже не могли.

Ruim appartement in de buurt van strand en supermarkt

Ruim appartement met airco op loopafstand van strand. Mooi groot balkon met BBQ. 2 koelkasten wat erg fijn is met groot gezin. Eigen parkeerplaats Supermarkt op loopafstand

Appartement is wel wat gedateerd. Geen vaatwasser wat voor de grote van het appartement ( geschikt voor 8a9 personen) minder prettig is. Terras meubilair is niet heel comfortabel

Všem doporučujeme! ❤️

Ubytování je na skvělém místě, odkud to máte všude blízko. K moři je to pár minut, stejně tak do obchodu či restaurace. Z restaurací moc doporučujeme Pizerii u Willyho - dokonalost. Můžete využít turistický vláček do centra Poreče - pro dospělého to bylo za 2,50 Euro. Na ubytování jsme si moc užívali přítomnou klimatizaci, terasu s výhledem na moře a na západ. ❤️ Ve čtyřech lidech jsme tu každý měl spoustu prostoru na užívání si dovolené. Díky!!

Gospodarz Paolo czekał na nas na miejscu, przekazał klucze i informacje o ciekawych miejscach w pobliżu. Jest bardzo sympatyczny i kontaktowy oraz zawsze do pomocy. Apartament znakomity z dwiema łazienkami i dużym tarasem ze wspaniałym widokiem na morze. Bardzo blisko do brzegu morza, wspaniała wędrówka nadmorskim brzegiem do centrum Porec. Doskonałe miejsce na wypoczynek, prywatne miejsce parkingowe.
