I loved the location
Stairs were a bit hard being that I had a bike for the Ironman

What a magic place - both the apartment and the view out the window were exceptionally beautiful. Kitchen was small but charming and well appointed.
We were recovering from a nasty flu caught enroute, so the climb up the stairs with all our luggage tested us a wee bit. Just be prepared for the climb - it’s well worth it😊!

Loved our stay. The location is fantastic and everything was clean. The bells from the Royal Castle were nowhere near as bad as reviews made out to be. Bear in mind the flat is on the top floor with no lift, but you get used to this. Easy self-check in as per instructions sent before our stay.
Quite a lot of building noise, but easy to block out. Shower position floods the bathroom a bit due to its position.
