Personne très sympathique. On a passé un bon moment avec leurs filles. On a visité leur école et le village. On a bien mangé.

Friendly host. Stunning remote rural location. Great food. Clean sheets and towels. Great base to explore area. Definitely recommend.
Host didn’t advise major landslide had made road to his place inaccessible without major (12km) detour on dirt road. Would have been good to have heads up in advance to plan accordingly.

Familia Akkar encantadora. Un placer. Albergue situado en el Parque Natural de Bouchalhem (Montañas del Rif) en un pueblo llamado Houmar. Ideal antes del bullicio de Chefchaouen. Recomendable excursión en mula por el parque. Paisaje verde en zona totalmente rural. Ojalá pueda repetir con la familia.
En primavera hay que venir con abrigo impermeable. Llovió.

We are on a cycle tour and the location of this wonderful Gite was fantastic as just off the road. The guest area was beautiful- courtyard, outside sitting area , inside sitting area. Amazing views. The room was very clean as was the bathroom . I did a little walk to the mosque- such a relaxing place to spend time. The evening meal and breakfast all included in the cost was delicious. We loved it here
