Exceptional Hospitality and Perfect Ski Getaway

The apartment exceeded all expectations—it was truly remarkable! Situated just a short minute's walk from the Canazei ski lift, the convenience was unparalleled, especially with a dedicated ski room on-site. The accommodations were impeccably equipped, featuring a fully stocked kitchen, a laundry machine, and balconies offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. This family-run establishment radiates warmth and hospitality. Melania and her family went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always greeting us with smiles and a willingness to assist with anything we needed. Their genuine care for guests was truly exceptional. One standout moment was when we got stranded in Campitello late in the evening, with no ski buses available. A quick call to the hotel not only got us a solution but Melania and her family personally came to pick us up, ensuring we returned safely. Their kindness and generosity left a lasting impression. I can’t emphasize enough how incredible this experience was. If you’re looking for comfort, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere, this place is unmatched.

A charming place to stay in the heart of the Dolomites

This is a lovely place to stay and the host family are really kind. The apartment is very spacious and has lots of storage. The 2 bathrooms are very well done and the washing machine was very useful. We enjoyed the covered protected balcony even in the rain! The arrangement to get a 10% discount at the nearby La Cantinetta restaurant was really handy as it was a superb restaurant. There is loads of parking, the wifi was really reliable and we could get the bbc news on the tv. The lift allows easy access and was very modern and quiet. The location is great for access to the cable car, supermarket and restaurants.

As always the quietness at night depends on your fellow guests. We stayed 10 nights and had quite a lot of different neighbours, only one set woke us up with their noise.

Very gentle staff, helped us with everything. Comfortable room, modern bathroom, and well equipped kitchen. Situated in a nice location, less than 100 Mt's from the chairlifts to Belvedere. Very good breakfast.

Everything was perfect. I would add more vegetables and fresh fruits to the breakfast.

Very pleasant, almost perfect stay at Casa Planber.

Breakfast was superb. Kindness of the staff was at the highest level. Room was small but very well organized, with lots of space in the closet and under the bed.

My suggestions are: - arrange heating by thermostats and seal the windows frames. It was too hot at night and heating at the morning starts to late - Free internet means today that I can stream my local "to go" TV. If not is useless and is not free - you collect my e-mail and ask me to agree terms and conditions - single layer toilet paper if out of your league - we missed normal bread at the breakfast

Kind hosts, great breakfast, clean room and nice location.

Hosts are very kind. A large variety of healthy and tasty food is offered for breakfast. We could ask for extras but felt no need to do so as everything was abundant and delicious. The room is clean and the house is located very close to the lift. On the day of departure, one can really make use of the day and leave luggage and car at the house, and even use a guest bathroom to refresh before departing for home in the evening.

A construction site for the new building is next to the house which caused some noise in the early morning and will block the view in the future. The WiFi connection was broken just before our arrival and could not be repaired until the end of our stay (even if the hosts were also affected and did their best to fix this).

Très bel établissement situé aux pieds des pistes de ski et idéalement placé pour les mordus de randonnées. Un personnel très agréable aux petits soins avec sa clientèle. L’hôtel est décoré avec goût et la propreté est irréprochable. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Nous y sommes allés au mois de mai et il était difficile de trouver des commerces ouverts notamment pour se restaurer car à cette période c’est ville morte.
