La propreté et le calme quand tout le monde dort car le parquet est très très bruyant.
La climatisation est bien dans la chambre mais c’est le propriétaire qui la gère. Pas de télécommande vous devez lui communiquer les degrés et la ventilation souhaités, pas très pratique surtout en fin de soirée. Pas de douche après 22h pour respecter les autres occupants. Le parquet craque tellement que l’on entend même marcher les autres occupants.
