Great restaurant with excellent midday and evening menus. Great chef. Plentiful continental breakfast. The hotel is in an excellent location within a few minutes walk of the centre of the village. All the staff very helpful and polite.
The building is old and the decor and room furniture, 'antique', reflects this. Although the room was large it could have benefitted from more comfortable seats. Twin beds were comfortable and warm but pillow extremely hard. Toilet cistern handle broken/missing (but functional).
