The environment and facilities are impeccable - super relaxed to reside in this accommodation for vacations for 2-3 days and you won’t get bored of the activities or views.

As a top-tier resort (and given the price), I would expect a higher service standard. For instance, a more thorough explanation to resort when checking in would be appreciated to explain where the facility is, how the buggy works, etc. It pretty much counts on residents to explore by themselves/ ask around eventually. The resort also has a manager who would whatsapp residents to solve their enquries (which is great), but I think their replies can be more trained and polite. They are not rude but also not like how 5-star resort staff would respond usually. Lastly, the resort could work on the F&B. We stayed for 8 days in Georgia and so far the food is great, but the offerings in resort is alright (except Chateu Buera - wonderful wine and food). The breakfast options are not a lot and queues are often (20 mins for an omelette but instead people could have been given a ticket and wait at seat?). All in all, great resort, just minor things that keep it from perfection.

inner pools water was cold. water heater was broken. dry sauna worked partially and wet one was not working at all
