    Staying at Domicillio Lorenzo felt like coming back to my grandmother's old house. The place has a warm, homey atmosphere that brings a sense of nostalgia and comfort. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We especially loved having our own balcony overlooking a beautiful old narra tree. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The swimming pool is another highlight—it's large and deep, making it great for both leisurely swimming and those who enjoy a proper swim. The only downside during our stay was the parking access. Since the parking area is behind a gated entrance, we had to wait for someone to open the gate each time we returned. One evening, while it was raining, we waited for several minutes and rang the gate's doorbell multiple times, but no one responded. It would be much more convenient if the hotel improved the responsiveness of the staff assigned to the gate or provided guests with a more efficient way to access the parking area. Overall, despite this inconvenience, we had a wonderful stay. The charm, peaceful ambiance, and homey atmosphere of Domicillio Lorenzo made our visit memorable, and we would still recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in Davao.

    The place is very spacious and the room we booked - very spacious and clean. Too many mosquitoes however. I chose a quiet room but they had construction work when we were there and unfortunately staff did not inform before hand via agoda messenger.

    facility has a separate gate for cars (if you're bringing one) so that's a bit inconvenient as you have to go to the other side of the property to park. also, when you arrive at the hotel, expect a closed gate that it would take a little time to figure out how to get in if it's your first time.

    Domicilio Lorenzo gives out a charming old house vibe that’s calming and relaxing. Cleanliness is superb and the staff very accommodating. Highly recommended.
