The cost paid for the stay was reasonable. Decent value and a decent distance to the beach and other areas of interest. All the tours that offered hotel pickup were willing/able to pick up from this hotel. Nice courtyard pool area with plenty of lounge areas.
The room itself could use a bit of an update but was still fine for the cost paid. The walk to the beach is about 15-20 minutes and only has proper sidewalks and crosswalks in some areas.

Small and Quaint, lots to like if u dont need the Ritz.
Seriously a great location, if u can't or won't pay beachfront prices.

The pension is located 20' from eagle beach. The AC works perfectly.
Seems like a abandoned pension. The staff is distant and didn't help with my questions. Lots of dust throughout the room and the hotel itself. The pool was dirty and the TV didn't work
