I love how the property is directly on Napa square so you do not have to go out of ur way to find clubs as they are right on the doorstep. There are also tons of kiosks and restaurants around the area, so all basic necessities are in arms reach.

It smelt a bit like mould, and the aircon was only in one room.

Μείναμε στο Simos Magic Apartments και η εμπειρία μας ήταν εξαιρετική. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, άνετο και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, κοντά σε όλα. Ένα ιδιαίτερο ευχαριστώ στη Δέσποινα στη reception, η οποία ήταν πάντα χαμογελαστή, ευγενική και πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει με ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Η φιλοξενία και ο επαγγελματισμός της έκαναν τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά και το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον επισκεφθεί την Αγία Νάπα. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Little too close to the bars . If you’re not there to party Other wise great

Clean rooms such as bedding etc. some mould in bathroom and ants in kitchen. AC worked fine but have to pay extra which is a bit absurd. Asked for $50 euro or passport deposit to successfully check in to the property which is unheard of in any other hotel. Shower needs shower curtains or something to close it, bathrooms need locks, bathroom is too small and makes an extremely squeaky sound. Door is very thin so we didn’t sleep for 3 days as there were boys running around at 9pm to 7am in the morning. Very loud music but the balcony door shuts the noise out all right. No hair dryer. Ok for price. Just be aware that you are right in front of Ayia Napa clubs and bars.
