Stay was good.... just good

Room was good and clean the only downside is the carpeted floor

Bed and pillows could have been better. The shower head sprayed water horribly, as a recommendation stop using selectable water types and stick to a regular good quality shower.

Only one Jung gentleman in the kitchen was friendly and very aware of the customer needs looks like he was the manager. The rest of the hotel staff was not so polite.

We had a good stay at the hotel.

We were visiting some friends and family in Toluca and we had a good stay at the hotel. The facilities that we used during our stay worked perfectly. The breakfast was really good during our stay. The staff was also very kind and helpful.

I don't believe that the location of the the hotel was the best and our room didn't have a very nice view; I fully understand that it's of course not something that the hotel can do a lot about. The hotel could do an effort to upgrade their room service food menu.

the bed, pillows and bed sheets where fantastic. the sofa in the room was very comfortable. the pillows where fantastic.

the fact that the water from the shower splashed all over the place. the room was quite cold and the AC unit wouldn't heat it up.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. The accommodations were supberb and the attention to cleanliness was excellent. Restaurant staff were very efficient and the food was very good!

The location was not very good. I didn't feel like I could comfortablely go for a walk or go out at night.
