The place was really awesome, especially taking into account the prices. I enjoyed the breakfast of toasts, tomato soup, a plate of scrambled eggs, spinach and a sausage. There were surprisingly many comic books at the lounge and I enjoyed reading them. The room was small but clean and I did enjoy staying there.

There are many Manga and books (all are written in Japanese).
A hot shower is not available on the first night, but the next morning, the problem is solved.
