I have stayed in many accommodation , but this was the worst holiday accommodation I’ve ever experienced. Extremely over

The only good thing about this apartments was the owner, who was polite and helpful.

Everything else was terrible, the furniture was old, the fridge was rusty, rusty sto e burners, pillows look like that never washed inside. There was a horrible smell from the kitchen every day, like a dead animal. The bathroom was tiny with a moldy shower curtain. The location is also poor, its far from beach and the nearest beach is hot good at all.

Good

AC, fridge, cleaning ladies came every day and cleaned room and took trash out of room.The host was friendly and helpful.

The internet connection was not good and the smell in barhroom was bad.

Very old but cheap

It had AC and a very big balcony and the mosquito repellent to plug in

It was very old, we felt the strings in bed, it wasnt so comfortable. The shower was really small and they didn’t give any shower gel or shampoo. At one of the bathrooms the curtain was too short so the water was everywhere. I understand its cheap so we weren’t expecting much but they could do some repairs.

Nice clean basic apartment

Nice clean apartment if a little old fashioned. Modern a/c. Two rooms and a kitchen, large balcony with doors to both bedrooms off it. Plenty of parking on the grounds.

The showers were very small and old fashioned, one didn't have a shower curtain. A tiled wet room floor made sure that the water ran away though. Otherwise everything was fine.

The property manager was a very nice gentleman very helpful and willing to help with everything we need but the main issue it was the property , can not believe how a property like that it can be listed on Booking.com in 2022 .

Exceptional

The place is a little old but with lots of charm. The roomies were clean, comfortable and the rates were reasonable.The property manager, Spiros, is a gentleman always available and quickly responds to any issues. The cleaning lady, Alexandra, was through and often asked if I needed the room swept or clean sheets and towels. It felt like I was at home with good friends. WIFI and A/C were good, lots of free parking and close to many great restaurants and markets. Walking distance to the incredible Gouvia Marina.

A few barking dogs in the area at night but it never last for long.

Not so great.

It had more or less what was needed, A/C, kitchen, fridge etc.

It wasn’t as clean as someone could have expected, being in the countryside, some let go can be understood, but it really could have been a little better. Didn’t need much really.. Some spiderwebs here and there. Location really secluded and quite far from the old town.

Siamo stati davvero bene in questo B&B a Corfù! La stanza era pulitissima e su mia richiesta gli asciugamani sono stati prontamente cambiati. La signora delle pulizie è stata gentilissima e molto premurosa. La posizione è super strategica: a 12 minuti da Ipsos, 13 minuti da Corfù Town e a soli 11 minuti dall’Acquapark, uno dei 10 più grandi d’Europa! C’è un balconcino carino, una piccola cucina molto utile, condizionatore, Anche se la doccia è un po’ piccola, non ci ha creato alcun problema, stendino, un parcheggio privato davvero comodo e dei gattini graziosi che ci facevano compagnia. Un grazie speciale a Spiros, il caro proprietario, che ci ha accolto con una cordialità e disponibilità che non abbiamo trovato da nessun’altra parte. Ci ha fatto sentire i benvenuti e per tutti i 9 giorni del nostro soggiorno è stato sempre presente per qualsiasi cosa. Consiglio vivamente questo posto e ringrazio ancora di cuore Spiros per tutto!

Bene ma non troppo

Proprietario molto disponibile, gentile e simpatico. Terrazza grande, aria condizionata disponibile. Per un gruppo di ragazzi che sta in casa poco tempo durante la settimana va più che bene

Struttura vecchia e non troppo pulita, cucina molto complicata da usare (e per un italiano è difficile non potersi fare una pasta) e bagno non in buone condizioni

Η τοποθεσία του διαμερίσματος ήταν ιδανική, μέσα στο πράσινο, με όμορφα δέντρα που πρόσφεραν δροσιά και ηρεμία. Βρισκόταν πολύ κοντά στην πόλη της Κέρκυρας, διευκολύνοντας τις μετακινήσεις, ενώ παράλληλα είχε εύκολη πρόσβαση σε μερικές από τις πιο όμορφες παραλίες του νησιού.Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, με φροντίδα σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια, κάνοντάς το ιδανικό για ξεκούραση και χαλάρωση. Ο συνδυασμός του καθαρού χώρου, της φυσικής ομορφιάς και της άμεσης πρόσβασης σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος, έκανε τη διαμονή μοναδική. Η φιλοξενία του κ Σπύρου ήταν πραγματικά πολύ ζεστή. Ευχαριστούμε!

Bonita experiencia en Kontokali :)

Agradable estancia en Joanna Apartments! Buena habitación y muy práctica. La ubicación es genial, es un sitio muy tranquilo y bien conectado al transporte público y a los supermercados. Spiro fue muy atento con nosotros y se preocupo mucho por que estuviéramos a gusto durante nuestra estancia. Ha sido muy amable, nos obsequio con algunos souvenirs tipicos de Corfú, estamos muy agradecidos! Esperamos volver pronto! :)

La ducha es un poco pequeña.
