Over all it was not a 4 star hotel. I consider 3 star

Staff were kind. The location was good. And the art used in the local were nice.

There was no trash in the room. Expired toilet papers. I needed to buy new one. Coffee room small and with not enough staff to clean the desks.... the cups for juices were too old cups...

A very good hotel in an excellent location with excellent staff. I'd definitely return.

The choice of breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is central to everything in the downtown area. There are bars, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. And the hotel itself also has a restaurant by the poolside. The staff were always very pleasant and very friendly. And the WiFi signal was strong enough for what I needed. I stayed for a almost a month and the WiFi only dropped once.

The fruit at breakfast always had little flies by the time I came down to eat, so better coverings for the fruit are necessary. As a result, I rarely ate the fruit. None of the staff speak English, even though this website says they do. Fortunately, I speak enough Portuguese to muddle through.

Gym and pool is closed. Might be much better under normal circumstances.

Location is very central. Inside the room is very tranquil, peaceful and comfortable.

Currently the gym, swimming pool and sauna is closed due to the plandemic "restrictions". (IDIOTIC, since gym and swimming improves your health more than any "pill" or "vaccine"). However, I don't think the hotel has any choice or say in this. It's likely forced orders from the corrupt municipality and low-I.Q. governors of Minas Gerais. The perspex screens in the restaurant is also hilariously stupid (from a scientific viewpoint). The only criticism which the hotel possibly has control over: There is no kettle to make coffee or tea, in the room. (this should be changed, otherwise I wouldn't want to stay there again).

Well located and comfortable for a fair price

The building has a beautiful decoration in the common area. The restaurant and the breakfast room are located near the swimming pool, what gives a nice view. The staff was really friendly.

The internet connection does not work very well but it’s enough for some time in the web. It wasn’t fast for the social media. At the checkout, they tried to charge me for the night again - I need to enforce that I payed already.

Ótimo custo benefício.

O hotel possui um custo benefício muito bom. Os pontos fortes, especificamente para o meu caso, foram a localização, a limpeza e os serviços disponíveis de restaurante. Gostaria de ressaltar que o hotel, por meio de seu restaurante, disponibiliza almoço, jantar, lanches e etc, o que trouxe muita comodidade durante a hospedagem.

Como sugestão de melhoria, seria bom se o hotel instalasse um chuveirinho no chuveiro, e disponibilizasse no café da manhã sanduicheira para os hóspedes fazerem misto.

La colazione era appena sufficiente per un hotel a 4 stelle: il caffè aveva un gusto orribile, l'acqua da bere sapeva da cloro, le tisane è capitato che finissero, c'era una sola caraffa di succo naturale, che è capitato finisse e non fosse rimpiazzata, c'era poca scelta di salato e dolci; l'unica cosa adeguata era la frutta, quello era ottima! L'area della piscina è circondata da palazzi che fanno ombra e non sono un gran panorama
