polite staff, price for accommodation, the heating in the hotel was not working and the staff provided a heat fan

The only person in the hotel mir was was the hotel receptionist and she can't add up and I decided to stay for three days and she only did my key card for one day now when I go out icant get back into my room with our getting some help from downstairs
