Not happy at the end

I booked a hotel from September 27 to October 2, 2024 and the check out timing was 2359hrs. Despite of continuous interaction with booking. Com customer executive, no solution was offered to us. On the booking platform, the backend data was changed thrice to avoid this issue of discrepancies. I coordinated the hotel staff also and they asked us to leave. This support service was pathetic. After two hours of interaction with customer executive at booking.com, they promised us that we can stay till midnight and the difference will be borne by booking.com but hotel staff was not in congruence with this decision. We made our itinerary based on the hotel booking timing and they asked us to leave immediately. I would like to highlight here is that we made our plan and tell us what we will be doing for 12hrs. It’s unfortunate to deal with this kind of hotel people and staff and booking.com executive. I would urge you to offer some concrete solution and take immediate steps to resolve this issue. Given this situation, we will have to book another room and will be paying for extra cost. Seeking your immediate intervention and tangible solution so that harmony will be intact. We have already sent the relevant proofs where the backend staff changed the checkout timings thrice to prove their stance right.

Key Card system was not working. Located in outskirt of city but not too far. If u like a peace than you surely it gonna be ur place.

stay was not upto our expectaction. services of the rooms was also worst to worst.

Breakfast was not opted from all of us. But as far as location is concerned, that was good.

services was very worst to worst. We will never recommend to others to visit this resort.

All facilities or activities were out of the package or deal and Overpriced accd to the facilities. Cmpltly closed room without any view nd neither any option to change the room..feels like a typical small oyo room not a resort
